Return & Exchange Policy

At Aireblu, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review the following return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions related to returns, exchanges, store credits, and refunds.


General Policy

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale Items, Replacement Orders, Store Credit: Products purchased during clearance sales, as replacements, or using store credit are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit under any circumstances.

  • Accessories & Bags: All accessories and bags are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any condition.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Applies only to non-sale products.


Return Request Process

Can I Return an Item?
Yes, if it meets the eligibility criteria.

How to Submit a Return Request:

  • Submit your request within 72 hours of delivery using the following link:

  • Requests via email or WhatsApp will not be considered valid.

Return Review Timeline:

  • You will receive a response within 24–48 working hours (Mon–Fri).

  • Weekend submissions are processed on Monday.

Condition for Approval:

  • Product must be unused, with tags, and in original condition.

  • Aireblu reserves the right to reject any return that doesn’t meet the criteria.


Return Denials (Not Eligible If):

  • Insufficient claim information or missing photos with tags

  • Product has been used or packaging discarded

  • Item is a replacement, store credit, or sale product

  • Return request is submitted after 72 hours

  • Claims of pilferage not made on the same day of delivery


Return Options (Upon Approval):

  1. Replacement:

    • For size issues or defects

    • Reverse pickup arranged (5–8 working days)

  2. Store Credit:

    • Redeemable on future orders

    • Not valid during online/offline sale events

  3. Refund:

    • Available for non-sale prepaid & COD orders

    • Non-refundable charges: ₹100 (COD), ₹150 (prepaid return fee)

Refund Timeline:

  • Allow 10–15 working days post-approval for refund processing.


Reverse Pickup Terms

  • Subject to pincode availability

  • Two attempts will be made

  • If both fail, you must self-ship to:

  • Pickup window is valid once within 7 days of approval. Missed pickups will lead to auto-cancellation.


Incorrect Returns

  • Returning mismatched, incorrect, or competitor brand items will result in rejection

  • Returning more items than purchased will be declined

  • No refund/exchange will be allowed for unauthorized products


Customer Responsibility

Customers must:

  • Double-check product, size, and quantity before placing orders

  • Ensure correct and complete return items during reverse pickup


Refund Processing

Timeline:

  • Takes 10–15 days after receiving the item

  • Allow 2–3 weeks for processing

Refund Method:

  • COD Orders: Share Account Number or UPI ID via Cashfree Payment Partner

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment source

Important:

  • Refund details cannot be changed after submission

  • Replaced products are not eligible for refund

  • Once store credit/exchange is chosen, refund is not permitted

  • If a replacement fails to deliver, a store credit (₹100 deducted) will be issued


Multiple Return Requests

  • ₹300 deduction will apply for multiple refunds/returns due to shipping costs


RBI / Tax Update: Refund Gateway Migration

  • Refunds after 10th March 2025 are processed via Cashfree (not Razorpay)

  • If a Razorpay refund link isn’t claimed within 3 days, a coupon will be issued instead
