Order Processing

  • All orders will be shipped within 2 working days from the order date.

Delivery Time

  • It normally takes 3-7 working days from the time the order is dispatched to deliver the order.

  • The delivery time depends on the delivery city and pin code. Metro cities will typically take fewer days, while areas such as the North East or Jammu & Kashmir may take longer.

  • These timelines are tentative. Aireblu does not guarantee delivery within this period due to potential external factors like weather, political events, government holidays, strikes, landslides, or other unforeseen disruptions.

Tracking Information

  • A tracking link will be shared via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.

  • This link will provide real-time updates on the delivery status.

Shipping Partners

  • We partner with reliable courier companies such as Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, and others to ensure safe delivery of your order.

  • Please note: Aireblu does not operate its own logistics services like Amazon or Flipkart.

Important Information

  • While courier companies operate at scale, occasional issues may arise:

    a. There may be false status updates by delivery agents (e.g., "delivered" without actual delivery). In such cases, please first contact the courier company, then inform us. We will escalate the issue for resolution.
    b. Do not share your OTP unless the parcel is physically received. Sharing the OTP prematurely voids any support we can offer for parcel retrieval.
    c. If you ask the delivery agent to reschedule delivery, do not share the OTP as it may result in your parcel being marked "returned."
    d. If you receive a "delivered" message but haven’t received the order, raise the issue immediately via WhatsApp: Click here. Notify us within 24-48 hours so we can investigate. Resolution typically takes 3–5 working days.

Refund Due to Delayed Delivery

  • If you cancel an order in transit due to delay, we will request the courier to return the shipment.

  • Refunds will only be processed after confirmation of return initiation from the courier.

Agreement and Legal Action

  • By placing an order with Aireblu, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy.

  • Any attempts to harm our brand reputation through false claims or defamatory statements may result in legal action.
